These programs can be taken in any order\, or multiple times throughout the year! \n\n\n\nWhat is the Predictive Index?\n\nThe Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment is a short\, simple\, noninvasive survey that gives you insight into your strengths and the way you communicate\, work\, and influence others. Central Exchange wants to help each member understand their strengths and work style in order to continue developing and accelerating YOU!\n\n \n\nHow do I access the complimentary assessment?\n\nAs a new member\, you received this link in your welcome email\, and would have been emailed the results. If you have not taken the assessment or need your results resent\, please email Carrie Taylor\, Manager of Member Engagement\, and she will gladly resend that to you.
