DESCRIPTION:The Perspective Leadership Series is a four-part panel experience designed to support women as they navigate the realities of leadership in a constantly evolving world. Each session brings together accomplished women to share honest insights\, lived experiences\, and practical strategies that help others lead with clarity\, confidence\, and intention.\n\n\n\nJoin us for our first session\, Leading Through Uncertainty.\n\n\n\nWhen everything feels in flux\, strong leadership matters most. In this panel\, speakers will discuss how they stay grounded\, focused\, and effective amid constant change. From managing shifting priorities to supporting teams through ambiguity\, panelists will share honest lessons learned and practical approaches for leading with steadiness and intention.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTracy Palmer is the Vice-President of T-Studios (the in-house creative and production studio she founded in 2020) for T-Mobile.  She has had an extraordinary 26 years-long career at Sprint and now T-Mobile\,  where she leads various brand and marketing initiatives. She is an accomplished executive leader with deep experience guiding organizations through transformation\, growth\, and change in the technology and telecommunications industry. With a career spanning from entry level program manager to Vice President\, she has built a reputation for driving results\, leading high-performing teams\, and helping organizations navigate periods of significant evolution.\n\nTracy joined Sprint in November 1999 and started as a program manager on the Advertising team doing everything from managing the Affiliate markets\, building Brand Guidelines and producing her first ever National TV campaign.  In 2006\, she took over as Director of Advertising and Digital Communications for the new Sprint Nextel Corporation and in 2015\, was promoted to Vice President of Brand\, Advertising and Social.  From there\, it was always her dream to have an in-house creative and production studio\, so she proposed a business plan to build YellowFan Studios\, Sprint's first-ever\, fully functioning\, in-house studio.\n\nIn 2020\, during the merger with T-Mobile\, Tracy was retained to rebuild and reimagine the new in-house creative and production team.  T-Studios began with 120 employees and today\, is made up of more than 250 partners.  The key areas of focus are brand storytelling\, promotions\, executive communications\, employee partnerships\, product launches\, local communications\, sponsorship comms\, PR support\, network and customer care communications.  The work ranges from digital\, video\, social\, email\, SMS and just about any means needed to communicate the T-Mobile and Metro brands. In 2025 alone\, T-Studios produced over 26\,000 assets and realized over $120M is production savings for the company. \n\nPrior to Sprint and T-Mobile\, Tracy spent six years in Marketing with Harrah's Casino Entertainment heading up various Marketing teams where she was responsible for Special Events\, Promotions\, Public Relations\, Advertising and Player Retention development.  \n\nShe graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Business Administration and Public Relations. She is currently an active member of the UCM Alumni Foundation Board\, the UCM Cardinal & Black Athletics Board and loves being able to contribute to her alma mater. She was born and raised in Clinton\, Missouri and is the daughter of Berry & Judy Beebe.   While she is always a Missouri girl at heart\, she now happily resides in Leawood\, Kansas\, with her husband Matt\, their 15 year old daughter\,  Bebe\, a fuzzy Labradoodle named Ozzy and a Sheba Inu named Mika. \n\nToday\, Tracy joins us to share insights from her leadership journey and the lessons she has learned from helping organizations and individuals move from challenge to opportunity.\n\n \n\n\n\nAmy Lee Sewell is the Vice President\, Talent Acquisition Manager at Lockton\, where she has made significant contributions across various roles in human resources and talent acquisition since 2007. Throughout her career\, Amy Lee has consistently focused on building meaningful relationships and empowering others to reach their full potential.\n\nIn her current role\, Amy Lee leads Talent Acquisition teams while also using her passion for mentoring and helping others to contribute to multiple committees & organizations inside and outside of Lockton. Within Lockton\, she serves on the Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion Council and is a member of the ACE (Associates Caring for Each Other) committee. Amy Lee has played an instrumental role in early career programming developing several impactful internship programs\, including the Lockton Learners Internship Program.\n\nAmy Lee is active in the KC community always eager to volunteer and make a difference.  She has served on the Team KC Board of Advisors\, championing Kansas City's talent and vibrancy\, she is committed to supporting and promoting the city's growth and success.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnne Whiting is the director of Global Talent Management at Black & Veatch. She has over two decades of experience as a global HR leader\, talent management consultant and executive coach. Her direct industry experience includes consumer packaged goods\, aerospace manufacturing\, professional services\, information technology\, and healthcare.\n\n\n\nAnne earned her Master of Science degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kansas.\n\n\n\nAnne has a passion for helping organizations design and develop their talent management strategies and practices.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nModerated by: \n\n\n\nLori Samazin is a dynamic executive leader with 30+ years of experience in strategy\, operations\, and leadership development\, most recently for T-Mobile where she served as Director/Chief of Staff to the CIO and CTO. Outside the scope of her Chief of Staff role\, she designed innovative programs focused on leadership growth\, executive coaching\, and AI-driven development experiences for senior leaders.\n\nLori holds an MBA and a BSBA from Rockhurst University and began her telecom career at Sprint as an intern during graduate school.\n\nShe is the past Treasurer of the Central Exchange\, having served on our board for six years.\n\nAfter stepping away from corporate America a little over a year ago\, Lori is fully embracing this new chapter sleeping in an hour later\, working in her yard\, taking BodyCombat classes\, and enjoying every moment with her first grandchild.\n\nToday\, Lori brings her energy\, insight\, and deep leadership experience to guide our conversation as panel facilitator.
