Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women who understand what you're going through\, your Lean In Circle will give you the boost we all need.\n\n\n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to partner with the Lean In Network | Kansas City to offer Lean In Circles to our members and non-members throughout the KC metropolitan area.\n\n\n\nBased on Sheryl Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, these small cohorts focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\n\n\nEach Lean In Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to know each other by tapping into one another ideas and giving support. With more than 30 years of management experience\, she excels in building high level teams and developing dynamic leaders. Diane is a MBTI Certified Practitioner and uses this framework to aid teams in boosting their performance through enhanced communication\, decision-making\, and collaboration. When she's not working at Helzberg\, she spends her time co-managing a multi-cultural and multi-generational home with her husband. They are proud parents of two amazing teenage sons\, and when not filling the roles of chauffeurs or loudest fans\, they enjoy exploring the world with them.\n\n\n\nDiane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Minor in Business from Culver-Stockton College.
