DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to participate in a confidential small group with other women\, to connect on a more personal level\, sharing stories\, experiences\, successes\, and challenges?\n\n \n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to announce our newest Exchange Circle\, "Lean In". Beginning in January 2022\, this circle will meet on the second Wednesday of every month from 8-9 am.\n\n \n\nBased on Sherly Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, this new Exchange Circle is facilitated by Amanda Hahn and Stacey Dershem\, and will focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\n\n\nThe Lean In Exchange Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to get to know each other by tapping into each other's ideas and giving support. The group dynamics will grow and change throughout the upcoming year based on the participation of the group's attendees\, and it is encouraged to attend as many times as possible to receive the full experience.\n\n \nJoin us on Wednesday\, November 10 or Wednesday\, December 8 for an information session to help you understand the purpose of the new Lean In Exchange Circle\, allow you to ask questions\, and decide if this is the right program for you.\n\n\nNot a CX member?
