MacDonald has experience as a director on many not-for-profit boards including the Kansas City Ballet\, Missouri Arts Foundation\, and Community Builders of Kansas City as well as several advisory boards.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWendy Doyle is the President and CEO of United WE\, with her own Board of Directors focused on increasing gender equity of boards and commissions. Doyle oversees the United WE Appointment Project which places women on civic boards and commissions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJennifer Ingraham is a philanthropy and not-for-profit leader and advisor.
