Latz serves as a board member of the American Association of University Women and has chaired multiple local not-for-profit boards including American Red Cross\, Powell Botanical Gardens\, UMKC Women's Council & Madam President Camp.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPatricia Macdonald is a not-for-profit and philanthropy specialist and DEI strategist. MacDonald has experience as a director on many not-for-profit boards including the Kansas City Ballet\, Missouri Arts Foundation\, and Community Builders of Kansas City as well as several advisory boards.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWendy Doyle is the President and CEO of United WE\, with her own Board of Directors focused on increasing gender equity of boards and commissions. Doyle oversees the United WE Appointment Project which places women on civic boards and commissions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJennifer Ingraham is a philanthropy and not-for-profit leader and advisor. Ingraham is a commissioner on the Missouri Community Service Commission and has been a director on not-for-profit boards including Coterie Theater\; United WE\; American Red Cross\; Girl Scouts\; and Madam President Camp.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMargaret Latshaw is a board advisor and governance expert. Latshaw serves as a board member of the Heartland Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (leading national organization for Board members) and has been a board member for several private companies in the real estate\, entertainment & hospitality industries.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThomas Tryon is a pediatrician and professor of pediatrics. Tryon has served on multiple local and national professional boards\, chapters and committees including American Academy of Pediatrics. Tryon also serves as board member and secretary of the of Urgent Care Association.
