Beth is Chief Marketing Officer, a role introduced in 2013 to drive growth of the VML brand across an accelerating global footprint. With over 26 office locations on six continents, Beth leads the global integration across client engagements, disciplines, marketing strategy and office leadership. She develops strategic marketing initiatives designed to showcase the evolving portfolio of work VML has across the world, and at the same time drives the growth of a dynamic, connected culture for VML employees.
With over 13 years at VML, Beth has held instrumental roles in the agency's evolution. Previously, as Chief Client Officer, she led client engagement initiatives on key brands such as Colgate-Palmolive and Kellogg’s, as well as new business efforts across North America.
Beth is an advocate for women in leadership and has been recognized by Ingram’s 40 under Forty, WeKC and has spoken on behalf of the agency at many industry events. Beth enjoys being involved in her community through the Nelson Atkins Art Leaders program and board appointments.
Before joining VML, Beth worked for Wunderman in New York City and served on the client side for many years with Sprint and Applebee’s International. With over 20 years of agency experience she is well versed at omni-channel marketing strategies which move brands forward.
Beth is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor of science in business administration. She spends her free time with her husband and her daughter, who is an aspiring artist.
