Tereza Hubkova, MD, is double Board-certified in internal medicine as well as integrative and holistic medicine. Before relocating to Overland Park in 2019 to lead the Whole Health Institute as its medical director, she took care of high-profile clients at the internationally known Canyon Ranch Spa in Lenox, Mass., for more than a decade. She is passionate about helping individual clients as well as bridging the gap between traditional western medicine and functional/integrative medicine and uniting the best of each.
Lisa Markley, MS, RDN, LD
Director of Culinary Medicine
Lisa Markley, RDN, is an integrative dietitian and seasoned culinary nutrition expert with nearly two decades of experience working toward improving the health of individuals and the community. Markley earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, Wash., and her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz. Markley completed her Certificate in Dietetics from the University of Kansas Medical Center, becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2005.
Megan Schlick, ND
Naturopathic practitioner
Megan Schlick, ND, has been with AdventHealth for 10 years and is one of the few hospital-employed naturopathic doctors in the Midwest. Dr. Schlick earned her bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and her doctorate from Bastyr University, an accredited naturopathic school in Seattle, Wash. She has a special training in nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, lifestyle modifications and is an expert in answering and correct prescribing of dietary supplements. Dr. Schlick treats women, children and men.
