Meal prepping is about saving time, eating healthier and relying on fast food less. This workshop will focus on how to successfully meal plan ? not just on scaling up specific recipes. It will highlight common pitfalls and give tips and tricks to avoid them.
Katie will discuss how she decides what to make (hint ? they are all foods that reheat well!), how much to make, and how to reheat food and what ingredients/proteins you may want to consider.
This workshop is designed for beginners (or brand new) meal planners. It will give you the knowledge to take the idea from overwhelming to reasonable.

Speaker Bio
Katie Dixon is a financial advisor, mom, workout enthusiast, and she's running for public office. She is also a longtime member of Central Exchange! Katie meal preps to ensure she and her family get proper nutrition in their busy lives. Especially during COVID-19 with a child staying at home.
