SUMMARY:VIRTUAL PROGRAM | Gender in Perspective Roundtable
DESCRIPTION:Women make great leaders.\n\nGender diverse teams perform better. \n\nGender diverse boards make better decisions. \n\n\n\nThis is not new news?\n\n So why is it that women still only run 8 percent of Fortune 500 companies and comprise 20% of board seats in the Russell 1000?\n We can continue to move the needle! We just need some perspective.\n The value in gender diversity lies in different perspectives\, or the lens from which we think\, see things\, and make decisions.\n\nWhen misunderstood\, those different perspectives can lead to miscommunication and conflict.
