We have updated some of the Central Exchange policies. Please note the Program Policy update. 

MEMBERSHIPS DO NOT EXPIRE. You will be billed for the next term at the end of the current term based on the frequency of payments (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the time you enrolled. To change your membership status, please contact CX in writing, by email, 5 days before the last business day of the month. Refunds are not provided for members who do not wish to complete their current, paid term. 
 
BILLING. Our billing cycle runs from the first business day of the month through the last business day of the month. The monthly statement, found online, includes dues for the current month and any charges incurred from previous months. Members are responsible for payment of dues regardless of program attendance. 
 
ACH PROCESSING. Members are asked to provide credit card information for auto-debiting of dues. We will not share any financial information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily provide. We take precautions to protect your financial information. When you submit financial information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline.
 
PARKING. Parking passes are available with your Central Exchange membership for our UMKC location. You will be notified of the distribution method for each program at UMKC.
 
NON-MEMBER ACCESS TO PROGRAMS. Members can bring unlimited guests, who have not been a member in the previous 12 months, at no charge. A guest can attend two events at no charge. Guest reservations can be made online: www.centralexchange.org/guest/. Non-members attending programs will be required to pre-pay by credit card online unless they are the guest of a member. 
 
Effective 1/01/2021 non-member fees for programs and Exchange Circles are: 
  • Virtual Programs - $25
  • Virtual Exchange Circles - $15
  • In-Person Programs - $35 (will include meal)
  • In-Person Exchange Circles - $25 (will include meal) 
Guests may register as a non-member for the programs and Exchange Circles on the CX Calendar.
 
PROGRAM POLICY. No refunds will be processed for program registrations. Central Exchange may take photographs, screenshots, or video recordings at public and virtual events. Each registration is for one individual. We ask that you do not circulate your webinar link with others who have not registered.
 
INFORMATION POLICY. Central Exchange reserves the use of members’ e-mail addresses for internal marketing. Central Exchange sends e-mail messages to inform the membership of programs, services available to members, cancelled programs and other important information. Members who would like to be excluded from this list and do not wish to receive regular CX emails should contact us at hello@centralexchange.org. Additionally, Central Exchange will not provide lists of membership or program attendees.
