One of the easiest ways to overcome this staggering statistic is to build confidence and create a community of women in STEMM through sponsorship and advocacy.\n\n\n\nEach year Central Exchange celebrates the accomplishments and puts a well-deserved spotlight of all women in KC who are setting trends and breaking barriers in their STEMM fields at the Annual STEMMy Awards Benefactor's Roundtable Discussion and the Awards Recognition Gala Luncheon.\n\n \n\nAward categories include Enterprising Innovator\, Corporate HERO\, Groundbreaking Leadership\, Rising Trendsetter\, WiSTEMM Educator\, Student Achiever\, and WiSTEMM Champion. The winners of these awards make changes for a better today and brighter tomorrow.
