Prior to Kauffman\, Scott enjoyed a 28 year career with Saint Louis\, Mo. based Enterprise Holdings\, Inc. and Enterprise Fleet Management\, holding corporate officer positions including VP of fleet Management and VP of Corporate Training and Development. \n\nScott earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and history from William Jewel College with graduate level work at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He and his wife\, Vicki\, have two daughters. \n\n\nThe nation has recognized Kansas City as the 5th largest entrepreneurial city with more joining the ranks daily.
