She is a coach and therapist for Millennials\, those in their twenties or thirties. Her clinical background can steer treatment with clients in utilizing therapeutic interventions and frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to manage depression\, anxiety\, and relational conflicts.
