During this session\, Dr. Ann Hackett will highlight tips and ideas for exploring what is next for you in your career. Join us to discuss and explore interests\, skills\, values\, and motivations. Discover new frameworks and ideas to equip you with the essential skills to start thinking and planning your next career move\, and help you to focus your career exploration on opportunities that may bring the greater career fulfillment.\n\n\n\nDuring this session\, attendees will learn:\n\n	New ways of thinking about your purpose and career\n	Understanding of tools and tips to begin thinking further and planning your next career move\n	Next steps for using tools and ideas to get you to your next career opportunity\n\n \n\n\n\nAnn M. Hackett\, Ph.D.\, is the Chief Learning and Engagement Officer for the Bloch School of Management and Executive Coach for the Bloch Executive MBA program. Ann helps executives gain self-insight through style\, 360 and career assessments. She coaches executives individually and facilitates Executive MBA team formation and performance. Through her role as Chief Learning and Engagement Officer\, Ann leads the assessment and development of programs designed to best serve the Kansas City region with custom\, seminar\, and certificate educational programs for executives. \n\n\n\nPrior to her role with the Bloch School\, Ann gained over 20 years of corporate\, cross-industry leadership experience serving in both consulting and in-house roles. She has spent most of her career in learning\, organizational development and talent management\, serving in leadership roles with Accenture\, H&R Block\, and DineEquity. \n\n\n\nAnn holds a Ph.D. and master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University\, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
