DESCRIPTION:Central Exchange and Jan Jensen Artists LLC want to share the works of local artists with the community! Each quarter\, attendees will have the opportunity to meet local artists\, view their works on display\, learn about their artistic journeys\, and explore the Kansas City Artistic Community.\n\n\n\nThis quarter\, attendees will be visiting with four inspired artists who create in completely different styles.  Kevin Callahan's gift is capturing the very essence of individuals in his portraits.  Lori Snow is creating funky\, stunning works in black and white.   Beverly Potty has taken polymer clay to a whole new level.  And our own Jeanine Cobler draws the viewer into a new experience creating unexpected images. \n\n \n\nCome and join the conversation!\n\n\n\nJan Jensen's Bio:\n\n\n\n"We love Kansas City her fountains\, her restaurants\, her sports teams! Kansas City is home to amazing painters\, sculptors\, photographers and weavers. Let's share the love with our local artists!"\n\n\n\nProviding opportunities for interesting people to meet and exchange ideas has always been Jan Jensen's passion. After years as a middle-school vocal-music teacher\, a fashion consultant\, and now\, an advocate for local artists\, Jan has come to the realization that the most joyous moments in all those adventures were when she was hosting events where people of various professions\, interests and talents could interact. Jan believes we all need relationships with artists whose works feed souls and enrich lives. Jan loves forging those relationships
