SUMMARY:DT | Mosaic Series: Breathing Space for Women Part 3
DESCRIPTION:Join us in partnership with Mosaic as we take time for self care and mental wellness. \n\n\n Session 3 of 4: Embracing What You Want\, Letting Go of Shoulds and Have Tos: Our tendency is to get into the rhythm of others and lose the beat of our own hearts. Let's explore what we want together\; exploring what you want in community helps you differentiate your core motivation and see your own next steps more clearly.\n\n\n\n Why: Time to pause and breathe.\n\nA community with space to listen to your own voice.\n\nOngoing encouragement to trust what you hear. \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect: This four-part series is created to provide you a hard stop on your calendar. Collaborators are mindfully chosen to give you experiences of concepts that can be fleeting and hard to grasp in rhythm of regular life. You'll see familiar faces and new ones facilitating sessions that aim to help you stop and breathe\, explore the concepts with curiosity through personal exploration\, and send you away with one thing to cultivate over the month in between sessions. You will be introduced to different practices and perspectives.\n\n\n\n**Please note: Lunch will be served at 12:30 with the session beginning at that time. Suggested arrival time is 12:15. This session will end at 4:00 pm.**\n\nThis event is co-facilitated by Rachel Keck and Anita Greenwood: \n\n\n\nRachel Keck has always been drawn to what connects and disconnects people both to themselves and to others.
