The bulk of her business centers around creating and facilitating work sessions for teams seeking better solutions. Additionally\, she is the co-creator of Resilience Thinking\, a curriculum that uses design thinking to explore trauma awareness. A dedicated meditator\, she sees mindfulness as crucial to innovation.\n\n\n\nThe name Below the Fold is a nod to Jenns first love: journalism. Prior to launching her company\, Jenn helped found Ink magazine\, the Kansas City Stars print and digital product for millennials. In 14 years as a photographer\, editor and manager at the Star\, Jenn parachuted into new subject matters and found stories in the noise. Its the same thing she appreciates about consulting -- she has a drive to be present with people in the thick of their problems.
