This workshop is excellent for all managers and team leaders seeking the tools and resources needed to optimize their time and energy for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in professional settings and beyond.\n\n\n\nAbout the Instructors\n\nDr. Tamilia D. Reed is a Staff Psychologist and Outreach Coordinator at UMKC Counseling Services. She organizes and delivers presentations\, workshops\, and trainings that cover a range of mental health and wellness topics for students\, faculty\, and staff at the university. In addition\, she provides consultation services and delivers a range of therapy services to the university community as well. Outside of her professional life\, Dr. Reed writes\, sings\, reads\, and travels as often as possible.\n\n\n\nDr. Carolyn S Pepper is a licensed clinical psychologist and works as a staff psychologist at UMKC Counseling Services.  At Counseling Services\, she serves in the role of Assessment Coordinator\, providing and overseeing all of the office's psychodiagnostic testing.  In addition to these roles\, Dr. Pepper is also an adjunct psychology professor and a RYT 200 yoga and meditation instructor.
