DESCRIPTION:It's that time of year again to celebrate Central Exchange's accomplishments\, do a little business\, and highlight the future focus of 2025! \n\nPlease join Ann Hackett\, Central Exchange Leader and Chief Learning & Engagement Officer at UMKC Bloch\, on Thursday\, January 16 as we:\n\n\n	\n	Conduct important business by voting on the:\n\n	\n		Nominating Committee's slate of Board of Directors\n		Central Exchange Officers of the Board\n		Appointments to the Nominating Committee\n	\n	\n	\n	 Share the highlights of 2024 and talk about what's coming up at Central Exchange in 2025\n	\n\n\nThe Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members.  We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year\, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2025.  Join us in-person at UMKC Bloch for happy hour and appetizers at 5:00 pm followed by the Annual Meeting at 5:30 pm. We can't wait to see you there!\n\nA quorum is required to conduct business\, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit vote by proxy online. Register by January 14th to help us meet the quorum. If you are not able to attend this meeting live\, or you would like to vote early\, please make your vote online by January 16\, 2024 at 5 pm.\n\n\n\nThank you for your part in making 2024 a great year at Central Exchange.
