DESCRIPTION:As part of our investment in our members\, Central Exchange has partnered with Perspective Consulting to provide you access to an award-winning strengths assessment\, The Predictive Index\, along with four different programs offered multiple times throughout the year\, exclusively for CX Members! These programs include: Understanding Your Strengths\, Giving Effective Feedback and Situational Leadership. These programs can be taken in any order\, or multiple times throughout the year!\n\n\n\nWhat is the Predictive Index?\n\nThe Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment is a short\, simple\, noninvasive survey that gives you insight into your strengths and the way you communicate\, work\, and influence others. Central Exchange wants to help each member understand their strengths and work style in order to continue developing and accelerating YOU!\n\n \n\nHow do I access the complimentary assessment?\n\nAs a new member\, you received this link in your welcome email\, and would have been emailed the results. If you have not taken the assessment or need your results resent\, please email Carrie Taylor\, Manager of Member Engagement\, and she will gladly resend that to you. Situational Leadership entails fine tuning your natural style to the situation as well as the person you are trying to influence and coach. In this session\, Amy will explore primary leadership comfort zones\, based upon personality\, and explore the best situations for leaning into those styles!
