Led by Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach Mary Beth Ebmeyer\, this program will help you create an effective view of what is really happening at these crossroads in our careers. Viewing the change in the proper light can help you take advantage of this new beginning and leverage your own personal momentum.\n\n\n\nRooted in research and content from The Leadership Pipeline by Charan\, Drotter\, Noel\, & Jonasen\, we will cover the importance of realizing the distinct differences in each level and tier of leadership. Whether you are in a new role or hope to be at some point in your career\, this session will help you approach that change for what it needs while not leaving the best of you behind!\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nMary Beth Ebmeyer is an experienced Human Resources leader of more than 30 years having spent equal time as both a Leadership Development provider and an embedded HR Business Partner. With the bulk of her experience across two large corporate firms (Hallmark Cards\, Inc. and Deluxe Financial Services\, Inc.)\, she has coached and trained hundreds of leaders for business impact and personal growth. She has also been an integral leader as a member of business leadership teams and provided critical guidance on talent decisions and organizational structure to drive emerging strategies. A Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Truman State University\, along with numerous training (MBTI\, Korn Ferry tools\, Gallup Strengths\, Fierce Conversations\, etc.)\, coaching certification and years of experience\, have given her an eye for accurate talent assessment and an authentic approach to providing feedback.\n\n\n\nShe currently leads her own firm\, Human Capital Catalysts\, LLC which provides executive coaching\, leader development and strategic HR consulting. While originally from St. Louis\, MO\, she and her husband now reside in Lee's Summit\, MO near their children and grandchildren and have lived in the KC metro since 1997.
