SUMMARY:IN-PERSON | The Lab | Session Two: Experiment
DESCRIPTION:The Lab: Bring a Challenge. Leave with Possibilities.\n\nLife rarely hands us a clear next step. Whether you're navigating a career move\, growing a business\, rethinking a relationship\, or simply sensing that something needs to change\, the hardest part isn't always making a decision. It's making sure that what you're creating actually feels like you.\n\n\n\nThe Lab is an interactive three-part series that invites you to bring one real challenge and explore it differently. Using the Calibrate Experiment Optimize framework\, you'll learn to separate your signal from the noise\, test new possibilities without needing to know the outcome\, and use what you discover to shape what comes next. Blending reflection\, interactive exercises\, live science experiments\, and original live music\, The Lab combines scientific thinking with creative discovery to help you explore what's possible.\n\n\n\nEach session stands on its own\, while the full series allows you to take one challenge through the complete process.\n\n \n\n\n\nSession Two: EXPERIMENT: Test What's Possible.\n\nWhat if\, instead of putting pressure on yourself to make the "right" next move\, you approached it as an opportunity to discover what's possible?\n\n\n\nIn this session\, you'll learn how to move through uncertainty by turning a real challenge into intentional action. You'll identify the variables you can change\, question assumptions about what has to stay fixed\, and design small\, doable experiments to test new possibilities. Instead of attaching yourself to one outcome\, you'll take action for the purpose of discovery\, giving yourself real information you can use to shape what comes next.\n\n\n\nAttendees will leave with:\n\n	Turn uncertainty into curiosity by approaching challenges as experiments.\n	Identify variables\, assumptions\, and possibilities you may not have considered.\n	Design personalized\, intentional experiments around a real challenge.\n	Create momentum without needing to know exactly where it will lead.\n\n \n\n\n\n\nSign up for part three!\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Kelsey Miles is a scientist\, songwriter\, and speaker who uses scientific thinking and creative discovery to help people navigate uncertainty\, challenge assumptions\, and discover what's possible.\n\n\n\nAs a chemist in research labs and lecture halls\, and as a musician in recording studios and on stages across the country\, Dr. Miles discovered the same lesson: breakthroughs come from experimentation\, not certainty. That lesson became the foundation for her CEO Framework (Calibrate. Experiment. Optimize.) and signature programs\, Signal Over Noise and Life Experiments . Through live chemistry and original music\, Dr. Miles creates an experience unlike any other. Audiences don't just learn the framework. They experience it in real time.\n\n\n\nDr. Miles is the 2026 Avila University Professor of the Year\, an award-winning songwriter\, and a 2025 International Blues Challenge Semi-Finalist. She brings a rare combination of scientific thinking and creative insight to audiences across the country.\n\n\n\nThink Like a Scientist. Create Like an Artist.
