DESCRIPTION:The saying\, "Out with the old\, in with the new." comes into play with this Exchange Circle.  In 2021\, we had a great year with 'Leadership Drive'\, but we're changing it up a bit and creating something new for 2022\, including the name by calling it\, 'Lessons in Leadership'!\n\n\n\nLessons in Leadership is for leaders eager to grow. Beginning in February 2022\, join fellow CXers on the 1st Tuesday of every month for a conversation about a relevant leadership topic to grow in knowledge\, learn from others\, and identify ways to stretch yourself. Each month we will have a guest presenter who will share their experience and philosophies about leadership. \n\nWhether you are a manager or project leader\, new entrant to the workforce with company leadership on the horizon\, an entrepreneur leading in a variety of ways\, or an executive\, you are welcome to join Lessons in Leadership. Real discussion leads to evolving mindsets and behaviors\, and the CX virtual environment is comfortable for open discussion and sharing. Come prepared to participate!
