Please contact kerry@centralexchange.org with questions. \n\n\n\nOn September 27\, 2018\, Central Exchange will proudly present the 5th Annual STEMMy Awards Gala Luncheon at the beautiful Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland in downtown Kansas City.  The STEMMy Awards were created to celebrate the accomplishments of women in the fields of Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Math\, and Medicine across the greater Kansas City region.\n\n\n\nThe STEMMy Awards will be presented to business and civic leaders\, female contributors and entrepreneurs who have led\, driven and blazed trails for the advancement of women in STEMM. Last year\, nearly 100 women were nominated and awards were given to 7 winners.  The event was celebrated by more than 450 event attendees.\n\nAward categories include Groundbreaking Leadership\, Rising Trendsetter\, Enterprising Innovator\, Corporate Hero\, WiSTEMM Educator\, and Student Achiever.  We recognize and appreciate that the advancement of women is in STEMM is not a female-specific endeavor.  As such\, this year we are introducing a new award for WiSTEMM Champion\, to be awarded to a man or woman who has worked to champion and raise awareness to women in STEMM fields.
