DESCRIPTION:Looking for a fun new way to spend time with fellow CX members?? Look no further than our new series CX Field Trips! Field Trips provides a unique experience outside of Central Exchange for members to interact\, learn and just have fun together. Seats are limited   sign up now for this FREE\, members-only event.\n\n \n\n\nJoin this month's host\, Michelle Poston\, CFP  with Infinitas\, for a reality-based self-defense course\, facilitated by Rita and Shawn Kalmus. During this 90-minute session\, attendees will be introduced to basic\, hands on self-defense techniques. Rita will also focus on essential safety and awareness tips\, as well as good decision-making skills. \n\n\n\nBring your other CX friends to learn these life saving tips and techniques\, and wear your lucky shoes to help you win the raffle drawing! Prizes include a free t-shirt and coupons for follow-up course sessions. \n\n \n\n\nTrainer Bios:\n\n\n\nRita Kalmus has been a Black Belt for 30 years. She currently holds a 5th degree Black Belt in GoJu Rye Karate\, and studied Bushidokan Karate. She has taught and competed in Martial Arts since the age of 10\, and has taught self-defense with her husband\, Shawn\, for more than 25 years. Their client list ranges from Federal Agents\, to students\, to victims of violence. Rita is ACE Certified in group fitness\, personal training\, and has owned her own fitness studio for more than 12 years. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShawn Kalmus is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Bushidokan. Shawn has studied Martial Arts under Steve Mackey and Duane Lewis. He has also been a women's self-defense instructor for over 15 years.
