DESCRIPTION:Due to inclement weather the toastmasters informational session is being rescheduled to January 24th.  Central Exchange currently offers a Toastmasters chapter at the CX South campus and hopes to start a second chapter at the downtown location.  January 11th\, 2018 CX is hosting an informational meeting on Toastmasters and those interested in being a part of this skill building program should attend.  Our hope is to expand the South chapter and build a new downtown chapter of 20 people.\n\n\n\nWhat is Toastmasters? The world needs leaders. Leaders head families\, coach teams\, run businesses and mentor others. These leaders must not only accomplish\, they must communicate. By regularly giving speeches\, gaining feedback\, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere\, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters program. Every Toastmasters journey begins with a single speech. During your journey\, you learn to tell your stories. You listen and answer. You plan and lead. You give feedback and accept it. \n\n\n\nA representative from Toastmasters will be on site along with Central Exchange and those interested in being a part of the program can sign up that evening.\n\n\n\nToastmasters is a recurring commitment consisting of two meetings a month for six month intervals.  There is a $65 fee due to Toastmasters for those who wish to be a part of this group.
