In a world where women still face bias and other barriers at work\, Lean In Circles are a safe space to share your struggles\, give and get advice\, and celebrate each other's wins. Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women who understand what you're going through\, your Lean In Circle will give you the boost we all need.\n\n\n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to partner with the Lean In Network | Kansas City to offer Lean In Circles to our members and non-members throughout the KC metropolitan area.\n\n\n\nBased on Sheryl Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, these small cohorts focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\n\n\nEach Lean In Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to know each other by tapping into one another ideas and giving support. She combines her extensive collection of training\, certifications\, a lifelong love of personal development\, & real-world experience to support and guide her clients.\n\n\n\nJen is passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck & overwhelmed become more confident\, clear\, & productive. Through her individual coaching & workshops\, Jen supports her clients in developing an empowered mindset\, along with skills\, & habits that will help them navigate their path forward.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSherrie Ortiz is the owner of Just One Day Travel Tours. She provides single day bus tours in and outside Kansas City. They travel to places like Topeka\, St. Joe\, Weston Mo\, Atchison Ks\, local KC of course\, and more. Events can be fully curated private tours for your clients or team. They provide events to conventioneers coming to KC and offer local events too. \n\n\n\nSherrie's experience of 30 years in the wedding industry has shown her passion for serving others. While she misses the artistic aspects of cake\, Sherrie has found new enjoyment working with clients more closely than before. She gets to hang out with them and their people having fun for the day! \n\n\n\nSherrie has been married for 30 years to her super supportive husband. They have two adult children. Juliana is married and is a high school math teacher and their son Victor it a Computer Engineer.  They enjoying kayaking\, stand up paddle boarding\, hiking and touring museums.
