DESCRIPTION:Haley Grayless and Kiley Salmons will be teaching about the Enneagram by explaining the Wings of all 9 types. This workshop will follow up on the previous Enneagram session and focus on the wings of each type. Enneagram is an ancient 9-type model of human personality. We'll review each Enneagram type\, then explain what each type looks like depending on which wing they have. With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit world\, Haley understands the importance of building and creating a company culture that allows leaders and employees to feel empowered by optimizing their talents\, in turn improving employee engagement and positively impacting business results. Haley is the CEO & Founder of V xa Collective where she helps organizations improve workplace culture through customized leadership development and employee engagement experiences. She also consults with Perspective Consulting through a strategic partnership using the tool The Predictive Index. As a proud graduate of the University of Missouri\, Haley earned a bachelor's degree in Communication with minors in Leadership & Public Service and Religious Studies\, and earned a master's degree with honors in Organizational Development from Avila University. \n\n\n\n\n\nKiley Salmons joined V xa Collective in the Fall of 2019 as the Director of Marketing and Operations. With a bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master of Arts in Counseling\, Kiley is passionate about creating content that is not only aesthetically pleasing\, but that is engaging and connects people together. Her utmost desire is for people to feel known and seen for who they are and getting to work alongside Haley and using her creative gifts\, she gets to see both of those things happen within organizations and amongst teams in the workplace
