This includes providing training for job search skills and career progression planning for all alumni\, undergraduate and graduate students\, and building relationships with local\, national\, and international employers to identify internship and full-time professional opportunities. Tess began her career in marketing and business development in a variety of industries and has 15+ years of experience in university career services. Tess holds a B.S. in technical communications and an M.S. in management of technology from the University of Minnesota.
