Ann has over 20 years of corporate\, cross-industry leadership experience serving in both consulting and in-house roles. She has spent most of her career in learning\, organizational development and talent management\, serving in leadership roles with Accenture\, H&R Block\, and DineEquity. Ann holds a Ph.D. and master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.
