SUMMARY:VIRTUAL | The Conversation Series | Handle the No
DESCRIPTION:The Conversation Series\n\nThe sales skills nobody taught you that change every professional conversation\n\nA three-part workshop series for Central Exchange members. Each session stands on its own but builds toward a complete framework for having conversations that actually move things forward\, whether you're growing a business\, advancing your career\, or trying to get a good idea off the ground.\n\n \n\nSession 3: Handle the No\n\nPushback is part of every professional conversation and most people either cave or go quiet when they hit it. This session covers how to stay in the conversation when someone objects\, hesitates\, or says they need to think about it. We'll talk about how to hear what's really behind a no\, how to respond without being pushy\, and how to keep a good conversation from dying in the follow-up. The goal is to leave with a few tools you can use the next time a conversation stalls.\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nJenna Deyle spent 15 years in industrial distribution\, moving from field sales through supply chain consulting\, government sales\, and general management before leading training and development for nearly 900 employees across a four-state region. She created the Coach and Compete framework\, a structured approach to building real sales skills through competition and coaching\, and presented it at the ATD International Core 4 Conference.\n\nJenna founded Level 3 Sales Coaching\, a Kansas City-based practice that works with B2B sales teams and coaches solopreneurs building a business around what they love.\n\nShe lives in Overland Park with her husband and 9-month-old and is proud to call Kansas City home.
