Participants see for themselves the relationship between what a team thinks to be true and the impact on the goals it establishes for its performance.\n\nParticipants will leave with specific tools to uncover their own team's deep-rooted beliefs and effective ways to break out of any limiting beliefs\, thus setting goals and objectives aligned with a team's natural capacities. \n\n\n\nSpeaker Bio:\n\nAndi Burgis has spent 28 years using experiential based training to develop highly functioning work teams through her company\, Challenge-U\, LLC. Andi's work with numerous Fortune 500 and diverse local companies has given her first hand experience to the challenges facing the corporate world in the development of teams and leaders. Andi's current passion is in partnering with horses as teachers to develop the non verbal communication and emotional intelligence so critical for success in the workplace.
