For the past 18 years, the Midwest Leadership Summit has connected, motivated, challenged, and inspired women leaders from across the region. As the premier women’s summit, we have engaged more than 12,500 women leaders during our 18-year history. We continue to raise awareness for gender equity and advance leadership development for women. Through technology, we are thrilled to offer this impactful event to anyone in our region and around the globe.
This year, we’re gathering more than 1,000 participants to Renew. We know it’s been a weary and challenging season for your teams. It's vital to take time to pause. Together, we’ll renew so we can rise stronger from this global crisis — in business and in life.

A variety of in-person, virtual and off-site opportunities will be available to choose from. These activities range from guided reflection time, yoga, speed networking, lawn games, meditation and an afternoon private patio party at a local establishment.
