35 for 35 | Happy Bottoms Luncheon - 11:30 a.m.

Please join us for this special luncheon to learn about Happy Bottoms, Kansas City’s Diaper Bank. During the month of April through Mother’s Day, HappyBottoms’s mission is to raise awareness about Kansas City moms and caregivers struggling with diaper need. Diaper need is the inability to afford a clean, consistent supply of diapers.
 
HappyBottoms has grown to become one of the largest banks in the country, distributing about 2 million diapers in 2016 to 8,000 metro area infants living in impoverished families. Join us for the luncheon and hear from HappyBottoms Executive Director, John Teasdale, about how we’re only scratching the surface of diaper need in our community.
 
Not only is this event free to members and non-members, we will also be awarding some fabulous door prizes in honor of Mother’s Day!
