35 for 35| Red Dress Run - 4:30 p.m.

Throw on your favorite (or not so favorite) red dress over your winter clothing and Dash Downtown KC in support of women’s heart health. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman, we need your support to fight the No. 1 killer of women – heart disease. The first 400 participants to complete the dash will receive a free Go Red t-shirt and goodie bag.

We’ll meet between 4:00 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. in front of the registration area.  Look for Patience; she’ll have a sign that says “Central Exchange”.

Location: The Dash will begin and end at McFadden's in the Power & Light District of Downtown Kansas City, MO. It's - literally - a dash, so time spent running, speedwalking or other will be approximately 5-10 minutes. The rest of the evening will be socializing.
