Arvest Bank presents Conversations from the Top with Mike Lundgren.  Mike is not only an executive at VML, which is one of the first 3% certified agencies, in the country, to address the lack of female leadership in advertising, he is also the cofounder of TEDxKC.  He will share his personal leadership journey, the success VML is experiencing promoting female leaders and how he's built one of the largest TED events in the U.S.
