CXDT | CEO Series with Commerce Bank CEO Kevin Barth

Given the recent celebration of International Women’s Day, it’s only fitting that Kevin Barth of Commerce Bank will discuss the influential women throughout his life at The Central Exchange on April 6^th. He’ll also speak about his leadership journey, his insights on women in the workforce, and the unique challenges and opportunities they face.
 
Kevin joined Commerce Bank in 1984. He is now Executive Vice President of the Commercial Line of Business for Commerce Bancshares, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer for Commerce Bank, Kansas City Region.
 
Early in his career, Kevin’s first business mentor was a woman. Her acute awareness of others' thoughts and experiences gave him a great appreciation of the unique perspective women bring to the workplace and community.
 
Kevin serves on the board of directors for several organizations including the Kansas City Area Development Council, the Greater Kansas City Area Chamber of Commerce, Kansas City Life Insurance, and Hodgdon Powder Company. Previous board positions include The Kansas City Board of Trade and Cereal Food Processors. Kevin holds his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Graceland College and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
