CXDT | Gender Intelligence Series: Turning #MeToo into #MeTooNowWhat and Providing Tools to Drive Solutions for People and Business
Whether the #MeToo movement speaks to you because you are a victim, an advocate for change, or you have witnessed the impact of imbalanced, inappropriate or ineffective relationships, we can all be part of the solution by looking at #MeToo through the lens of #MeTooNowWhat?
Let’s talk about solutions. What are you doing as an individual and what is your company doing as an organization to improve gender communication and gender effectiveness in a proactive way? Together, we can change the trajectory of the way men and women communicate, and ultimately business success, by ensuring we address this issue head-on.
The goal of this seven-part-initiative is to get men and women at the table to have the difficult, yet necessary conversations around gender communication challenges, leadership role dynamics, parity issues, how conscious and unconscious gender bias can surface and the role gender plays in community and political influence. We will break down the barriers and provide the tools to improve gender communication, business performance and support ways women and men work together more effectively.
