CXS | LEAPP Ahead: Leadership, Empathy & the Power of Persuasion

​LEAPP Ahead is an entertaining and educational series of skill-building programs developed by Jim McGraw, a former top executive at Marion Laboratories and Chairman of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. The programs reveal effective principles of business leadership that Jim utilized throughout his career. He shares them now as his way of saying Thank You for a great career.

At Marion Laboratories founding by Ewing Kauffman founded, he was Chief Operating Officer as the company became the hottest stock on Wall Street.  At the Kauffman Foundation, he was a founding board member and later Chairman of the Board.
 
In the spirit of Mr. K, Jim believes in sharing his success with others.  His program today is called LEAPP Ahead and it touches on Leadership, Empathy and the Power of Persuasion, skills he learned from Mr. K which are as practical today as they were then.
