Through High Performance Retail Marketing Group, Dave partners with CEO's, CMO's, and leadership teams to build marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth.  For over 15 years he’s done this in the C-Suite in the roles of COO, CMO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Group Account Director, Mentor and Founder
 
Dave’s also held Chief Marketing Officer positions for 2 regional retailers, Beauty Brands and Westlake Ace Hardware, and Chief Operating Officer for Two West, a KC ad agency.
 
As an entrepreneur, Dave’s built four successful companies: High Performance Retail Marketing Group (www.hprmg.com), a web based marketing services network for small business:  bizHive (www.bizhive.com), a start up incubator-accelerator WaveMaker Labs, and a digital field marketing platform:  LocalWave (www.golocalwave.com).
 
Dave has an MBA from UMKC where he has also taught marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, and the capstone MBA business strategy course “Competitive Strategies” for the past six years. He also teaches advanced brand strategy at the University of Kansas.
