What is the assessment?
The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment is a short, simple, noninvasive survey that gives you insight into your strengths and the way you communicate, work, and influence others.  Central Exchange wants to help each member understand their strengths and work style in order to continue developing and accelerating YOU!
 
How do I access the complimentary assessment?
The survey link will be attached to your confirmation email for the program. Or you may also follow the link here: https://assess.predictiveindex.com/oi/centralexchangekelly​. The survey typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and your results will be sent to you immediately!
