“Retirement” or achieving financial independence is a typical major goal for everyone (that is, everyone who hasn’t inherited a lot of money!). Whether you are just starting your career or nearing the end of your career, personal financial success requires making smart decision and taking smart actions. Join Joni Lindquist, CFP® and Jessi Sumner, CFP® of KHC Wealth Management as they discuss three phases of planning for your financial independence and key actions you should take. This is part four of the year-long series of “Women and Money”.
Joni and Jessi are both Principals at KHC Wealth Management. Joni is a former corporate executive who now helps others achieve goals. As Director of Wealth Management, Jessi oversees the policies, processes and analyses to provide solutions for clients. The core philosophy at KHC Wealth Management is Making Life Count!® - the art of living well today while planning for one’s future. As financial planners, they assist clients in clarifying their financial, life and career goals; building an action plan, and taking action. Joni graduated from Bowling Green State University and earned an MBA from The Ohio State University. Jessi is a graduate of Kansas State University and earned her M.S. in Financial Services form The American College. Both are active in the community, including Central Exchange, where Joni is a current board member and Jessi a recent graduate of the Emerging Leaders program.
