**Special Interest Group (SIG)**

Your Leadership Power (formerly Leadership Forum Plus) is a workshop of motivated leaders who will join you in your journey toward personal and professional success, recognizing that "success" has a different meaning for each of us.  Specifically, our meetings focus on the first area of leadership – personal leadership. Our meetings include discussion topics that nurture each participant’s growth by learning ways we can each lead ourselves more effectively in all areas of our lives.  

If they choose, participants can receive help establishing goals, discuss their progress and challenges, and receive support and feedback. This group also includes an encouragement / accountability component. All in a confidential environment.
