Kelly Carnago is Head of Google Fiber Business Operations for the Midwest region where she leads local teams focused on community impact, business outreach and customer acquisition and retention. 

Prior to joining Google, Kelly was the Chief Carrier Operations Officer for HYLA Mobile where she was responsible for driving the company results and managing relationships with carrier partners globally. She also led marketing, brand strategy and public relations for the company. Prior to HYLA, Kelly held numerous executive roles at EMBARQ across consumer sales, e-commerce product and business development.  

Kelly also held leadership roles at Sprint Nextel. She served as Vice President of Ethics and Compliance where she was charged with creating and later integrating a new program for the merged company.  She also held positions of Assistant Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Director of Prepaid Sales and Marketing.

Kelly earned her BA from the University of Utah and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  She and her husband Doug have two children.
