Moderator:

André has been a leader in the community for well over 20 years. His work has been focused around corporate engagement/business development helping thought leaders grow their companies. Currently he's working with a very young, technology-driven construction firm in the Crossroads called Built and helping them scale.
He's also spent significant energy empowering youth regarding diversity, education, and opportunity while leveraging his corporate network access, his influence, platform, and his voice, to get more people involved in community work he's chosen to impact. André also is a board member on several non-profit organizations in the community.

Anne Motsenbocker, Segment Head of Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries at J.P. Morgan Chase:
Some of Anne’s most rewarding achievements have come as a result of her community involvement. She serves on various Boards of Directors including the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas as Vice Chair and Immediate Past Chair, Children’s Health, and Chair of the Dallas County Promise Advisory Board. Anne is also a member of the Executive Women’s Roundtable, the Dallas Assembly, and the IWF. Previously, Anne served as the Chairman of the Dallas Regional Chamber, the Chairman of The Senior Source, President of the Board for the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas, member of the Boards of Directors of the North Texas Business for Culture and the Arts, The Dallas Foundation, the Dallas Citizens Council, the Dallas Symphony Association, the Junior League of Dallas Community Advisory Board, the Dallas Zoological Society, Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, The Child Care Group, The Women’s Center of Dallas, and Amigos de las Americas. She is a graduate of Leadership Dallas and Leadership Richardson.
Anne received her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 with a concentration in Finance and International Business. She also completed Graduate Business courses at Smith College in August 1998.
Anne holds the following licenses: Series 24, 79 and 63. She lives in Dallas with her husband Alan and has two sons, Brian and David.

Jennifer Bergman serves as Chief Financial Officer for Unite Private Networks. Unite Private Networks provides high-bandwidth, fiber-based communications networks and services to schools, governments, carriers, data centers, hospitals, and enterprise business customers across a 21 state service area.
Prior to joining Unite Private Networks, she spent 18 years with Cox Communications with the majority of that time serving as the Vice President of Business Operations for the Central Region responsible for Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, Loss Prevention, Application Development, Process Improvement, Collections and Facilities. She also led the financial execution overseeing the multi-year company-wide multi-billion dollar initiatives to encrypt analog services and build fiber to the home. Previous roles have been with First National Bank of Omaha and Mutual of Omaha.
Bergman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Midland University with concentrations in Accounting and Management. She has passed the certified public accountancy exam.
Bergman has been involved with Junior Achievement since 1992, and now serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City. She serves on the Executive Board for the Women in Cable Telecommunications Heartland Chapter and is a Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Class XIX fellow. She was a Wichita Business Journal Women in Business honoree in 2014 and is a member of the KCI Rotary Club.
Bergman resides in Kansas City with her husband Wynn and their two children, Nathan and Nicholas.

Brandy L. Rea, Attorney at Law Chief Legal Officer at RX Savings Solutions:
Brandy Rea is the Chief Legal Officer and an owner of Rx Savings Solutions, a healthcare software company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. Rx Savings Solutions was founded 10 years ago by Brandy’s husband, Michael Rea, as a startup in the couples’ basement and now has more than 5 million subscribers to its software platform as well as clients and business partnerships with health plans and large employers nationwide. There are more than 100 employees in the Company’s offices located at College Blvd. & 69 Highway and the Company continues to be in high growth mode – currently adding numerous employees, clients and business partnerships. Before joining the team at Rx Savings Solutions, Brandy was a corporate lawyer at Lathrop & Gage, working in the firm’s business and health care practice groups. Brandy attended Creighton for law school and is a Kansas City native, graduating from Shawnee Mission South high school.
