Lisa Adams been a nurse for 25 years and the last 10 of those years she has owned her own health and wellness center. In this time, Lisa has seen the detrimental effects that a reactive healthcare system has on our health and well-being in this county. She has also discovered that 90% of disease in this county is STRESS related and that we spend 1/3 or our adult lives in the workplace.
Her mission is to educate businesses and individuals by increasing awareness about the way our body functions and how it responds to chronic stress. Without this awareness we cannot create change.
Lisa believes that a state of well-being is achieved through a multi-dimensional approach in which we look at the entire human, not a symptom or disorder. Every system is connected and has to be treated holistically to achieve and support wellness.
