DT | How to Connect Your Brand to the Fastest Growing Market in America - 11:45 a.m.

Hispanics have been the largest and fastest growing U.S. population since 2003, yet many brands and services have yet to market to them. Understanding Hispanics consumers, their media habits and diversity is key to shaping a creative campaign. Our lunch and learn will discuss growth figures and media habits to learn where Hispanics are going to get their media from. Pandora will chime in to share their data on Hispanic consumer and unique listening habits. 
Nicholas Segura, founder of Somos Agency has been a thought leader, creative innovator and entrepreneur for 20+ years. After a successful career as a corporate trainer at DST, he began his Hispanic marketing career at Dos Mundos Bilingual Newspaper. As an advertising executive he became aware that clients had misperceptions and misinformation about the growing Hispanic market. He also observed a lack of diversity within the advertising and communications industry. Locally, there was no large Hispanic  agency to help brands understand how to authentically communicate to Hispanic consumers.
 
CHE Creative, was his first Hispanic focused agency. Within two years he sold that agency to Two West and won Sprint Hispanic retail account work. Two years later Somos Agency was born to represent multicultural talent for commercial creative work. Somos Agency was proud to announce the first Mexican born female Creative Director hired to the team. Somos Agency added a production and media relations component to the firm in 2012.
 
Stephanie Kamphoefner- Pandora
Stephanie has spent the past 20 years working in the marketing and advertising business. She refers to it as her favorite ‘addiction’. Her passion for cultivating relationships in order to understand a clients true objectives, and thereby bringing a creative, meaningful and innovative Pandora campaign to market. Her background ranges from broadcast radio to large scale nationwide marketing in both a creative and buying/planning role. Her most recent passion is Pandora and the unbelievable data and targeting metrics that we are able to use to speak 1:1 to a consumer.  Pandora is setting industry standards for both broadcast and digital marketing and she is thrilled to be a part of such innovation.
