DT | Leadership Drive

Leadership Drive is for anyone who wants to sharpen their leadership abilities. You may currently be a leader or manager within the workplace, a “High Potential” who will soon be a leader within their organization, or someone who is a continual learner and sees leadership as an important skill to have. So, whatever your learning goal is, you can benefit from this monthly discussion of relevant and timely business and personal leadership topics.
 
The format includes relevant leadership topics/stories and facilitated discussion. Participants may also bring real-life, real-time issues to the group for a confidential discussion and feedback.
 
In each of the Leadership Drive meetings,there is an opportunity for participants to learn from each other, provide encouragement and even accountability! Plus, you’ll leave with an action or two, so you can apply your learnings and grow as a leader.
Leadership Drive is facilitated by CX members Donna Craig and Kelly Byrnes, two experienced leaders who have held executive leadership and management roles in a variety of organizations.
