Lean In Circles focus on topics to help women advance to the next stage in their career.  Topics include:  Understanding and Developing Your Leadership Style; Expanding Your Influence; Executive Presence; Understanding Gender Differences; and Managing Up.

Sarah Uchytil believes in coaching.  She’s worked in corporate America for the past 14 years in accounting, financial analysis and business consulting and has experienced firsthand the need for coaching to improve our daily lives.  In her coaching she helps others remove the energy drains in their lives and focus on what they really want. In June 2010, Sarah received her Core Essentials Certification and in 2011 she received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 
 
Denise Mills is a Leadership Development Consultant and works with Senior Leadership Teams for greater effectiveness.  She facilitates Executive Women Round Tables, consults to more than 50 national internal women’s networks and develops customized content for Employee Engagement and Building a Constructive Culture.
