DT | Meredith Atwood - Author, Blogger, Speaker!
What happens when you decide to have a “Year of No Nonsense”? That’s what former attorney and mom-of-two Meredith Atwood did, after her life unraveled—which culminated in an interesting Post-It Note left on the counter by her husband. After the “infamous sticky note” which read: “You need to get your sh*t together,” Meredith decided that something had to change—and unfortunately, it was her. Little by little, she took on her addictions, habits and more in this life-changing experiment of “The Year of No Nonsense” that rocked her entire world—and changed the course of her life. How to get out of your own wayand take charge of your Health, Happiness and Success is what she’s talking about in her funny, heart-warming and kick-in-the-pants keynote. The how-to is the subject of her new book, The Year of No Nonsense: How to Get Over Yourself and On with Your Life.
